CALI’s Newly Licensed Investigators Training and Enrichment (NLITE) program is an eight-hour course provided to all newly licensed investigators who have obtained their licenses within the last 12 months and to all CALI members. Included in the training are printed and online materials, special vendor discounts, continental breakfast and lunch. The fee is a minimal $25 to help defray the costs. This is an unbelievable value!
Questions about laws, what you can and cannot do, ethics, starting and growing your business, career path choices, transitioning to the private sector and all of your questions answered all in one day.
The program will provide detailed information and training designed specifically for the new licensee. Training will include:• The basics of The History of Private investigations
• Starting Your Business, Licensing and the Law
• Forms and Contracts
• Transitioning to the Private Sector
• Business Opportunities
• Ethics, State Laws and the Private Investigator
• And much, much more
Highly qualified instructors have been selected to teach each section of the program, based on their knowledge and experience.

Registration: NLITE is offered to all new licensees within California. To be considered a new licensee, you must have received your P.I. license prior to attending an NLITE class. For the next class in March you must have received your PI License between Nov 3, 2011 and March 16, 2013.
