Dear CALI Members:
The California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chad Ragan as Vice President of Administrative Services for the 2024-2025 Board term. Mr. Ragan held the Director-At-Large position, leaving a vacancy on the CALI Board of Directors.
CALI is seeking candidates to fill the open Director-At-Large position, a two-year term ending on December 31, 2025.
Duties of the DAL position include but are not limited to attending Board meetings both virtually and occasionally in person, assisting districts with their events, serving on various committees, and assisting the President, Executive Director, and other Board members with various tasks.
To qualify for the DAL position, the candidate must have been an Active member for one full year immediately preceding the commencement of the term of office. No two members of the Board of Directors may be from the same agency. Please refer to the CALI Eligibility for Office Bylaw 9.05 for more details.
We invite all eligible members interested in serving in the volunteer Director-At-Large position to apply. If you meet the requirements and wish to be considered for the position, please send a letter of intent to the Executive Director at info@cali-pi.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024. Please address the letter to the Board of Directors, in which you explain why you want to apply for the position and describe your qualifications.
The Board of Directors may ask those interested to participate in a Zoom meeting to discuss their qualifications. The Board will thereafter review the submissions and make the selection.
